Mark Chapleau

Mark Chapleau has joined Radeff & Hart, P.C. as Of Counsel, where he continues to represent clients in domestic relations, including appeals, mediation, arbitration, and PC/DM work. Mark was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1989, and the Colorado bar and Federal District Court in 1996. Prior to joining Radeff & Hart, Mark practiced family law for nearly 30 years at his firm, Bloch & Chapleau where developed and honed his skills as a litigator. His work included all aspects of family law from Divorce and Custody, to child support and Dependency and Neglect matters.
Mark is currently turning his focus to providing ADR services while still litigating family law cases in the Denver Metro area. Mark guides his clients through what is clearly some of the hardest decisions in their lives and helps them to make child-centric decisions that serve their children most importantly, but also assist them toward a positive result in their family law cases.
As a mediator, arbiter and PC/DM, Mark brings his legal experience and his experience as a father of three to help divorced/divorcing parents reach decisions that are in the best interests of their children.
Mark is an active member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, and the Family Law section of the CBA. He is also a regular presenter alongside Chris Radeff at the Family Law Institute, using humor to address professionalism and ethics. A performing musician,father of three daughters, and world traveler, Mark taps on his multi-facetted background to help bridge his clients through their “troubled waters” of divorce and custody disputes.
